What You'll Need

Standard Pistachio Latte Recipe

  • Espresso: 1 double shot (about 36-40g)
  • Pistachio Syrup: 20-30ml (adjust to taste)
  • Milk: 200-240ml (steamed)

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Brew a fresh double shot of espresso using your espresso machine or moka pot.
  2. Add 20-30ml of pistachio syrup to your cup or mug.
  3. Pour the hot espresso over the syrup and stir to combine.
  4. Steam 200-240ml of milk using a steam wand or milk frother until velvety and microfoamed.
  5. Pour the steamed milk over the espresso and syrup mixture, holding back the foam with a spoon, then top with a thin layer of foam.
  6. Optionally, garnish with a sprinkle of crushed pistachios for extra flavor and presentation.
